Thank you for choosing ELARA. We are dedicated to delivering your order directly to your doorstep with speed and security. Our commitment to quality extends from our fabric to our logistics, ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless from purchase to arrival.


1. Shipping Charges & Offers

We aim to make your experience with ELARA as effortless as possible.

  • Pan-India Delivery: We offer delivery services to verified pin codes across India.

  • Free Shipping: Currently, ELARA offers FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders placed within India, with no minimum purchase value required.

2. Order Processing Time

  • We understand the anticipation of receiving your ELARA garment. We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Standard Processing: All verified orders are typically processed and ship within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Speed Dispatch: We strive to dispatch a significant majority (over 90%) of our orders within 24 hours from the time of confirmation.

  • Weekend Policy: Orders placed over weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed and ship on the very next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To maintain integrity and ensure authentic deliveries, all COD orders undergo a mandatory and quick verification process.

  • Verification: Our automated system or logistics team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your address and contact details before dispatch.

  • Condition for Dispatch: Only orders with verified phone numbers and verified, complete addresses will be initiated for shipment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Average Transit: Once dispatched, most of our courier partners deliver parcels within 3-7 working days, depending heavily on the location and efficiency of the delivery pincode.

  • Metros & Tier 1: In optimal conditions, customers in metro cities typically receive their orders within 3-4 days after dispatch.

  • Transit Disclaimer: Please note that the delivery dates provided are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch (not the order date) and include transit time.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • We provide full transparency. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email or text message containing relevant tracking details and a link.

  • How to Track: You can use these details to follow the progress of your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

6. Note on Potential Delays

While we work with leading logistics partners, deliveries might occasionally take longer than estimated due to the following unavoidable circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Extreme weather conditions affecting transit routes.

  • Unforeseen circumstances (such as stringent customs clearance procedures in rare cases or localized restrictions).

7. Essential Delivery Guidelines

  • Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: In the event of a cancellation or return, please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery & RTO: If a prepaid order is Returned To Origin (RTO) due to the customer's refusal at the time of delivery or any reasons attributable to the customer's side (e.g., non-contactability, wrong address after attempts), a partial refund will be provided, deducting the full shipping cost and RTO charges incurred by ELARA. Alternatively, we can offer a rescheduled shipment option, with additional shipping charges applicable.
